Some clients find that adoc sessions when life presents different challenges for them is enough. Other clients find a programme of sessions would suit them better. We don't tie you into a complicated contract, the client dictates the pace and frequency of the sessions.
Whether you choose an individual session or choose to block book your coaching sessions, what you'll receive is a bespoke, tailored session to fit with you and your personality type. No issue is too big or too small.

Appointments can be held either via Zoom or face to face dependent upon the geography and your ability to travel. Sessions are to be held at a mutually convenient time to both parties and can be evening day/evening/weekend appointments.
